Ticketing connectors link AGO to your customer support ticketing systems. When users need human assistance, AGO creates support tickets in your preferred platform automatically.

How Ticketing Connectors Work

  1. User Request: User asks to speak with a human or report an issue
  2. Ticket Creation: AGO creates a ticket in your ticketing system
  3. Context Transfer: Conversation history and relevant information are included
  4. Notification: Your support team is notified
  5. Follow-up: Support team handles the ticket in their system

Integration Flow

  1. AGO receives the user’s request and identifies the need for a ticket
  2. The agent collects conversation history, user information, and any file attachments
  3. AGO creates a ticket in your connected ticketing system
  4. Your support team receives the ticket with full context
